This policy covers 1st Class Professional Cleaning, based at 125 Highgrove Street, Reading, RG1 5EJ, providing cleaning, painting, decorating and gardening services across Reading and Berkshire.

• Property address, and details about the job (e.g. property size, service needed, access notes)

We do not collect or store full payment card details. Card payments are taken and processed directly by our payment provider, not stored on our own systems.

• Book a service with us in person

Enquiry details that don't lead to a booking are generally kept for a shorter period.

This website uses a small number of third-party services to function properly:

• Google Fonts — loads typefaces used across the site; this may involve your browser contacting Google's servers.
• OpenStreetMap / Leaflet — powers the maps on this site; loading a map tile may involve your browser contacting OpenStreetMap's servers.

These services may process technical data such as your IP address as part of normal web delivery. We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site — if that changes, this section will be updated accordingly.
